X1 Advanced Workshop: Next Level

I don't know if this should be in this section, but because it pertaines to Sonar X1 here goes.
 
A few months ago I purchased " Advanced Workshop" with Craig Anderton and somehow or other was able to obtain a PDF version of the Chapter Breakdown of the course.
I have now purchased  latest version The Next Level and would also like to get the written Chapter Breakdown.
 
Does anyone know how to get this?
Would greatly appreciate any input.

    open with quicktime player, lower right hand corner above transit is chapter breakdown, just click on arrow for menu.

    My Workshop opens in Windows Media Player.
    Can I still get the Chapter Breakdown?

    right click on advanced workshop icon, select open with, choose quicktime player, and it will open with quicktime player, if you don't have quicktime, download it free from apple at:  http://www.apple.com/quicktime/?cid=oas-us-domains-quicktime.com
