X1 Producer won't mix my project down after installing 1b. Plays fine but wont bounce

X1 Producer won't mix my project down after installing 1b. Plays fine but wont bounce

I installed the 1a and 1b patches and X1 was  working fine. I bounced projects down no problem.
Then all of a sudden when I tell it to bounce the project to a wav it just sits there. Says its
processing but never gets over 0%. If I let it set overnight and come back it will be at 24%.
All I have in the project is a guitar, 2 vocal tracks, a bass track and Session drummer 2.
 
WHATS WRONG??? I also have Sonar 8.5 Studio and it bounces fine. Just not X1.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled bothe Sonar Studio 8.5 and Sonar X1 with its a and b patches. Still 8.5 bounces fine but X1 will not mix down. Checked the Asio settings, nothing changed
    there. I am using an external Eddirol UA 4fx with the updated 64bit drivers on a 64bit win 7 OS. I've got 4gig of ram. It was working fine then.... no more bouncing ???

    Check Preferences>Audio>Config File>BounceBufSizeMsec>set it to '0'

    If it's already on '0' try 100 and work your way up.
