X1 Welcome Pack

After several days, Cakewalk still has not replied to my mail with fixing my Sonar 2 registration. As a result, I still can't buy the X1 upgrade.
There's a Free Welcome Pack offer that expires today. Is it worth enough for me to actually call them (international rates) to fix my registration immediately such that I can still upgrade today. Or isn't it worth bothering ?
