X1 box just arrived

I'm scared, and excited. Got a long weekend so looking forward to running it into the ground and seeing how bad the bugs are! I have faith that the patch will rectify all the issues we are seeing. Lucky it's nearly on its way!!

    Just install it and see how it works on your system. I'm one of the people who has been blessed (or is it cursed according to some forum members here?) that has had very few issues.

    It (operator issues & bugs) has been a blessing for us more technically challenged ones or atleast me. Most are probably wondering what I mean (lol). The Forum, tech support and chasing down solutions has really taught me my way around my new computer and inside X1 getting rid of my fear of messing something up but intern teaching me how to find solutions faster and work around things as needed until they are addressed in an update or I learn what I did wrong. Most of the time a small tweak will get me through with help from those listed above and what doesnt work will most likely end up on the X1b list.
    Install and get busy having fun learning X1. You wont be disappointed by the feeling of your attitude I get from your posting.  Best of luck to ya!!!   ;)

    One day in. Minimal playing round. Not a single issue. Can't seem to find anything anymore but I can feel that once I re-learn this the new structure, workflow is going to be great! As for any of my commercial work (yes, I got contract work as an audio engineer and composer!), I'll stick with 8.5 till I have given it a solid run through!
