X-1 inspector

just got X-1 trying to figure things out. when i open the inspector i can't get rid of the drop down menu so i can see the entire strip, what am i missing??
while i'm here. how do i get guitar rig 4 to record? i load it in the effects bin but does not record.

    click the highlighted tab on top of the inspector to return it to its default state (Clip, Track or ProCh). Turn on input echo on the the audio track GR is inserted into to hear it while playing/recording (I assume thats what your problem is)

    Sonar doesn't record the effected track though. It will record the clean guitar. If you want to print the track with the effects you have to Bounce to Track.
