It does for me too. Not one glitch (other than user error) so far.
Moving to W7 64bit now too.

glad you guys are getting along with it too. I have really become very comfortable in the new interface at this point. It really does make sense and has definitely increased my productivity....screensets are my favorite new feature

Same here! I went from Guitar Studio 2.0 (!) to Sonar 8.5.3 to X1 in a matter of months! I love the way it's laid out and the performance. Couldn't be happier!

It's not perfect. There are some usability regressions from 8.5, and some tweaky crap (most of which I've found workarounds for), but other than that, it is stable and works well. Not perfect yet.
