X1 won't split stereo track

I need to split a stereo vocal track (actually 2 separate vocal takes that were panned hard left and right and emaikled to me as a stereo wave file.
X1 is not letting me do it...Help!

Also, I loaded up Sonar 8.5.3 to see if I could split the track on that and now my Delta 66 driver has been wiped out....it doesn't see my interface at all

When everyone upgraded to X1, were these issues coming up if you go back to 8.5.3?

Thanks

installing X1 should have nothing to do with your Delta 66 drivers disappearing.  someone or something had to have uninstalled or disabled them in windows or your card is no longer seated correctly so windows doesn't detect it or there's a problem with the hardware D66 itself and windows has disabled or can't see it.

when you say you need to split the stereo track and X1 won't do it - can you give us more details on HOW you're trying to do it?  are you using the SPLIT MONO function in the EDIT menu?  are you choosing the source and destination tracks correctly in the pop up window?

Bouncing to Split Mono works perfectly here.

Beagle, that option isn't in the Edit menu, I simply selected the Stereo track and used the Bounce to Tracks option in the Tracks sub-menu of the Track view, at least that's how it appears on my system.
