X1B issue even after QUICKFIX!! select track envelopes with clips DOES NOT WORK!! help plz

SOLVED! i uninstalled and reinstalled. X1, X1a and X1b without starting the program first and got rid of old track templates!!!!. thx

Hi Guys
 
When i copy a clip after i recorded some automation it DOESNT copy the automation even with the above option checked
 
so i have to manually go to the parameter and then copy paste etc. which slows me down tremendoesly and which is bs from a workflow perspective. Anyone else have this issue? Please come back to me because I need to do a lot of work and this sux ***
 
what am I doing wrong? User since version 4
 
config quadcore WXP sp3 4 gb ram. well tweaked system. x1b 244 with quickfix

    Is this an issue since the 244 Quickfix? I don't have the quickfix installed on my laptop so it's plain X1b but automation copy and past works here.

    I seem to recall an issue before which was dependent on how you selected copy. I use Ctrl-C rather than the menu usually but I've checked and both methods seem to be working here.
