X1C-D BUG.. Can't drag a midi effect from the FX bin to the midi clip---FATAL EXCEPTION

Apparently the DRAG midi effect bug is still here. Try dragging the quantize midi effect from one midi clip to another or from the fx bin to the midi clip. FATAL EXCEPTION CRASH. The work around is to DRAG/COPY then delete the first one. Hard to believe a little ole midi effect could kill the DAW instantly. I had called in a reported it months ago (reproducable), but I guess they couldn't get it worked out for X1D.

    You're right, this is repeatable.
