X1b- Keyboard Shortcut Ctrl-C (copy) Not Fixed?

I installed the latest X1b patch and I find that the keyboard shortcut Ctrl- C is only working intermittently.  I was hoping that this would've been fixed in this update.  When using the shortcut to try to copy a highlighted clip it doen't work most of the time.  But sometimes it does.   This is one of my most frequently used shortcuts which I have programed it to a button of Contour Shuttle Pro and now the convenience of the button is gone.  Having to right-click then scroll down a menu is just more clicks to make when copying and pasting clips.  Control-X does work for cutting clips.  I don't know about the other shortcuts.  It seems to me this is a bug that needs fixing.   Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks FastBikerBoy for the suggestion it's worth exploring but I don't have another usb keyboard on hand to try it just yet.  I just now played around with it some more and have found that Control-C works consitently on clips that are all the way to the left of the track pane.  Move the clip over  from that start point a half-measure and farther and it doesn't work.  The behavior at least on my 64-bit(Vista) system is consistent.  If no one else can confirm this maybe there's something in my DAW configuration causing it.  I haven't installed the 32-bit version so I don't know if I would have a problem with it.

I figured out a workaround. I used key bindings to assign Edit/Copy to a keyboard letter.  Now it works on all clips.  Don't know what caused the problem but I am happy to have it working now.  X1b is cool with me!
