X1b - What's going on with Saving Color Presets? Bug?

X1b - What's going on with Saving Color Presets? Bug?

I saved some changes to my colors as a preset... I even overwrote it once and had to agree to othe overwrite...

Now a day later (Yes, it was after the X1b update), I made a change and decided I wanted to go back to waht I had... only to find the only listed presets are :

X1 Dark
X1 Light
X1 Mono

Where is my preset (let alone the other presets I previously had acquired/saved)...?

    did you check in your shared presets file(not in sonar)on your c/drive??
    are they gone from there as well?

    When making custom settings such a colors, keybindings, etc. it's a good idea to export them  to different directory so you have a backup.

    If I remember correctly when you start X1 for the first time after installing X1b, you get the question if you want to restore to "factory" presets. I don't know what happens if you answer "yes", but I guess all previously made settings are overwritten to the "standard" set.

    I might be wrong here, because I did not read the message properly. I mostly do a "clean" install before a big update, so I did not have any stored settings and the above "restore" does not bite me.

    If I am right this is no bug, but expected behaviour that could had been stopped by just pressing "no" at install.

    Thanks Charlie...

    I didn't think to look...

    I do save my settings as exports too... So I know I can get back to them... But I've done so few changes in X1 (most of them don't work or aren't there)... so I hadn't bothered at this point...

    I can understand if Sonar reverts to factory settings, but the presets should still be in the drop down list...
