X1c 'Set Timecode at Now' STILL broken??
Just installed X1c and right off the bat notice that they STILL haven't fixed the 'Set timecode at now'. This problem was confirmed with Cake Tech support originally in March. I had called in again after a couple of quick fixes went by without any fixing. I'm sure the bakers should be able to make a clock work right???

eg.. go to a point in your song, 'Set timecode at now' and set to 00:00:00:000. Make sure the now time is set to show 'H:M:S:F', hit play and the clock stays stuck at 00:00:00:000. I have used this for years for timing jingles.

No problem with "Set timecode at now". I need this function daily, because I digitace tapes and vinyl. Therefor I must have a look to the length of tracks. The clock continues on 3 PCs. (X1,a,b,c) Exception: it does not work by timecode > 24 hours.
We digitize tapes, vinyl, dat, md ... in broadcast and studio quality for publishers, public institutions and individuals.4 x Intel Quad-CPU, 4GHz Sonar Platinum (Windows 10 - 64Bit) and 14 computers for recording tapes, vinyl ... 4 x RME Fireface 800, 2 x Roland Octa Capture and 4 x Roland Quad Capture, Focusrite .... "No problem with "Set timecode at now" Are you viewing the Now time as H:M:S:F? (if you right click it says H:M:S:F not miliseconds) All other clocks roll except H:M:S:F after setting now time to zero. Like I said, Cake was able to reproduce this every time that I've called in. Before it gets to the new zero it will count up from 23:59:59:29, then it sits at zero....

I use the "Big Time" set to H:M:S:F. the "Big Time" starts exactly by 00:00:00:00 and sometimes by 00:00:00:01. And the clock rolls ... You are right - the clock in the blue controlbar sits at zero. I only use the "Big Time". I never noticed the controlbar. Strange, that the two clocks are not synchronized. So you can use Big Time.

Thanks buddy! I never use the Big time. I'm glad the clock works somewhere. I like the visual metronome in the Big time. Looks like 'Kit' from knight Rider. Still strange how the two clocks aren't in sync. (1 frame or <1frame), and how the Skylight H:M:S:F stays stuck at zero after setting the timecode at zero. Stranger, It's like that in Sonar 8 as well. I didn't use the broken clock in that version. (lucky me) Still wonder why Cake confirmed as well, and hasn't fixed in any of the quick fixes OR the big updates......
