X2: File /Save As Not Working

I've been working on a tune today and I tried to save a take with a new file name and when I clicked File and choose Save As the box to enter a new name didn't pop-up. It did save the take but with the existing name.
 
I closed X2, restarted it and all worked well.
 
Any ideas?
