X2 Producer Problem when Exporting / Bouncing.

Hi There, I often use Sonar when I am making loops for my RC50 Looper.  I put the instruments together, select an area I want to loop, (usually whole measures), loop it in Sonar to make sure it is clean, and export it all with no problems.

Today I am doing the same thing with a simple 8 bar loop - Session Drummer (Frozen), bass and guitar.  I have a very clean loop inside Sonar, but when I run the output there is a hiccup at the begging.  If I bring the file into the project at the same point I can see a small gap at the beginning of the clip.  I get the same gap if I select the loop area and bounce it to a new track - the is a gap in the front of the rendered clip.

All help appreciated - driving me nuts.  If someone can tell me how to post pics here I will get screen shots.

Cheers

if they are single tracks you could always drag and drop to windows explorer like I do.if they're combo loops(more than one track you could try to bounce to tracks, slice it and drag it like explained before.
I wouldn't keep doing this as I would get down to the rout of the issue here, this is a quick work around just for this project.
have you tried opening a new project ,try it with a fresh project ?

    Thanks Chuckie

I bounced the whole thing to left and right (I was basically creating loops from a complete song I created to use for backing) .  Exported that and opened it in a new project, split out the bits I wanted and bounced those. That worked.  If seems that Sonar seems to be trying to start writing before every thing is ready.  Buffer settings are where they usually are, and interface (StudioLive 16:4:2) hasn't changed.  Very bizarre.  When I looked at the two track mixdown of the whole song it too is missing about 120 ticks on the front.
Thanks for the fresh project idea - got me out of trouble for now, but I would like to find the real cause.

    Cheers
