X2 Producer vs. Studio detailed comparison

Is there a detailed feature comparison of X2 Producer and Studio? I haven't seen anything yet, not sure if it's posted somewhere and I've just missed it. I've been using the Studio versions for a few generations, currently on X1d. I do mostly VSTi's and MIDI, very little audio recording. I've got more than enough synths and FX, so I've not wanted to shell out the extra bucks for the Producer versions which have always looked to me to be heavy on the VST side. What I would like to have is the PowR dithering in Producer which is not in Studio. Current deal is $199 to upgrade to Producer, but after Aug 31, it's $99 to upgrade to Studio. So, trying to decide if Producer is worth $100 over Studio, exclusive of the added VST content. Thank you, Todd

the pro channel alone makes it worth upgrading, IMO.
