X2 - another quick question - SNAP MODULE [Answered - thanks!]

I know I've seen both these thing mentioned on the Cake vids but I can't remember how to set them up
  1. How do I toggle 'Smart Grid' on and off?
  2. How do I set up, and then select/toggle an alternative Snap Resolution (I want to change between '1 Measure' and '1 Tick').
When are we going to get a decent SEARCHABLE Help Files PDF

Thanks in advance

Left (may be right - I'm still learning, myself) click the Snap values button and you'll find Smart Grid at the top of the drop down list.

Hold down the "N" key and select a Snap value for your alternate Snap.

Many thanks Dave, got it now

I had 'N' mapped to 'Insert New Audio Track' in X1 so that'll have to be changed.

Looking at your avatar, you could knock a few pounds off. You remind me of that kid in Grange Hill from years ago....
