X2 installation - to a different hard drive

I've downloaded all of the X2 files and have had to reinstall a couple of times.  Does X2 create one master executable that I could reinstall from instead of having to go through the extraction process every time?  Also, if install to a drive other than C:, is there anything to be aware of that may cause issues now or in the future?  For example, will having all my VST's on drive E: be a problem?
 
I have a 60 Gig solid state drive as my boot drive, but just won't have enough space left over after X2 installation.  thanks in advance

    The extraction process is unavoidable if the download files are used. The download files are self-extracting RAR files. The extraction can be performed with a tool like 7-Zip to a specific location or one can relocate the windows temporary directory used by the CW download files. If the files are uncompressed using a tool like 7-Zip, it is possible to create DVDs to use for future installs.

    It is a good idea to place your projects and any sample libraries and other content libraries onto a SEPARATE hard drive than your C: drive, particularly since you have a solid-state drive of 60 GB.
     
    You can specify these alternate locations during the install process, except for the projects folder, but you can create a D:\\Cakewalk Projects folder and then go into Sonar's Preferences\File\Folder Locations and change that path for project folders to the new one you built on the D: drive.
     
    Same for the content for Session Drummer, and for Perfect Space.
     
    That will take a load off of your C: drive, and will help with performance too.
