X2 plug-in manager can't find plug-in

I have GPO and IO and the Aria Player doesn't show up after scan.
Aria Player VST_64.dll is in C:prog files\cakewalk\Vstplugins\garritan\aria player but when I tell the plug-in manager to scan that folder it still won't show up.
Any thoughts?

EDIT: never mind I'm just going to uninstall/reinstall
