X2 question... MIDI Fx Bugs (FATAL crashing) fixed in X2?

Wondering if we will be able to delete a midi clip that contains a Midi Fx without getting a FATAL crash? Also, can we drag a midi FX from bin to clip/clip to bin etc.? I asked during the webinar and didn't get any response on it...

Most fatal crashes on one system seem to be non-existent on another. Except the global ones, which seem to be.. global. :O)

This is a known Sonar issue, reproducible by customer support. Global issue for sure. As for X2, even as pissed as I've been with X1's lack of support, I almost opened my wallet during the webinar, but the LACK of VST3 support (and X1 support) kept my bankcard in my wallet for now. I think that may be the first time I didn't upgrade right away. (I am pre-ordering a Wii U right now though... :). Not to mention the String bonus is a joke for someone like me with Vienna Symphonic Library. Any word on the Midi FX bugs Cake?
