X2 registration issue - Solved!
I was reading a recent thread about response times for Cakewalk's support system, and admittedly I've also been one of the folks who have complained throughout the years about how long it takes CW to respond to some support requests. But last weekend I had an issue with X2 registration and I submitted a support request. I received a response first thing Monday morning, asking for more info. I responded the next day and received a solution within a couple of hours.
CW may hear more bítching than compliments regarding their support system so I figured that if I'm ready to complain about problems I should be willing to give them an "Atta boy!" when they do a good job. Thanks CW!
