X-2 won't reopen after closing?

X-2 won't reopen after closing?

WTH? After I do some work and close X-2 it won't reopen? I have to restart my computer every time. This is annoying as hell.

    I fixed it. Total MORON ME!!! I installed both the 32 & 64 bit plugs when I installed a Waves Bundle.
