X2-What to expect? (Answered)

Just curious on older projects in 8, 8.5, & X1

Can I expect any surprises once X2 is installed and go to Open these older projects with X2?

    All I use is what came with Cakewalk and Sonar, no other plugins etc...

    Well, all my older projects seem to open up fine in X2, in fact I now only have X2 64 bit installed on my pc.

    This doesn't mean it'll be fine for you! But you can easily install it and try it, if something does go awry, you can always open it up in the version it was created in.

    I've "converted" a lot of 8.5.3 projects to X2 with no issues at all.

    Have opened X1 projects without a hitch.
     
    Have even opened some Sonar 6 projects which, apart from missing plus (I used to be a freeware plug in addict, now recovering, thanks to getting Producer), have also worked fine.
     
    I'd kept X1 on my system in case X2 misbehaved, but since the quick fix I've hardly touched it.
