X2a Import clip with Drag-Drop fails

X2a Import clip with Drag-Drop fails

I open a project.
 
I create a new audio track (or clear an existing one).
 
I open Windows Explorer and try drag a WAV clip into the audio track.
 
This was possible up to and including X1.
But in X2 (and X2a), the cursor stays in the Disallowed mode.
 
EDIT: It DOES work in a fresh project.
This only is a problem in projects imported from X1.

    Since it works with brand new X2 projects, then it sounds like a bug.
