X3 Comping looks impressive -- Take Lanes okay now?

Watching the COMPING video whilst downloading:

Looks like WORKFLOW is a major component here.  I could be in for less aching wrists and clearer views of what's going on.  I always liked the old style of layers, but this seems more than promising to me and well thought out (including comping all tracks automatically within a folder, which is ideal for multitrack drums).

Looking forward to taking her for a spin...

To me this is where CW excels, when they do it right it is stunning.

The speed at which you can promote and audition is incredible.

Watched it & they look greatly improved.
Glad they listened & read the surveys. Hopefully they now work as they should have in X2.

Not taking the plunge yet so let us know what you think after you've tried them out.

Wow...   I didn't catch everything shown in that video, but the "speed comping" part looked really interesting.   Overall this looks like a great improvement over X2, which I already liked.

<whew>! Very impressive... I hope it works as well for us as it appears... I didn't switch to their X2 comping as it was too tedious for the accuracy I often need, but this promises to be very pleasant... I look forward to working this way in a few hours! ;-) (can't d/l until night hours tho I may sacrifice a few days of internet access to grab it now! ;-))

Not only were they listening, but they were thinking deep sonar! ;-)

Off to the store... My phone might get turned off (can't pay for the phone and the d/l... Which do you think I'm finding more important? ;-) I never have become a grown up... Severe case of Peterpanitis (I won't grow up))...

Cheers to all and my very best blessings and luck to The Bakers and ll the Sonar users!

The new Comping reminds me of Samplitude Pro X but a bit more intuitive.  Looks like they hit the target on this one.

Comping was one of my biggest issues with X2. This looks like I would be much happier processing takes in X3.
