X3 - Drag uppermost track up feature/bug

Drag the uppermost track up towards now time area. Track jumps to the bottom!

    Hmm, while unintended (I think), that's kind of a feature.

    I'm trying to figure out why one would do that. I take it there is no video track?

    In X2a I would attempt moving a clip to another track, and it would jump to a random track.

    Have you tried moving a clip to an adjacent track?
    Does it jump?
