X3 Producer installation query

X3 Producer installation query

Hi folks
I'm just going through the installation process now. I had X2 on my machine before and so I purchased the X3 upgrade. The installation package comprises Sonar X3 Producer application files 1 through 4. I installed file 1 OK but when I click on file 2, an error message comes up saying 'please download and run previous packages', 
 
It seems therefore that this is only going to let me install the first application file. Just wondering if this is normal? There are 4 application files in total. Why are they part of the package if I can't install them?

    Short version, put all parts into a directory and run part 1.
