X3 and YouTube Integration

I can't find anything about the YouTube integration that was suppose to be added to X3? 

System: HP Pavilion 450t. Windows 10 Home x64, Intel i7 870: 2.93 Ghz, 8G RAM - NVIDIA GeForce GT 610
DAW: Sonar Platinum 
Audio Interface: Akai EIE Pro
Midi Controller: Presonus FaderPort 
Midi Keyboard: M-Audio Axiom 49

    It is an export choice. Use "FIle--->export".
     
    "Youtube publisher" will be a choice in the "Files of type" drop down. Select that, make your mix down choices and then export. Once the video/audio has bounced down the "Youtube Publisher" dialogue will automatically open where you can log in, adjust file info/options etc and then upload.
     
    It's there for video and audio export.
