X3 post "polished mixes directly to YouTube and SoundCloud" setup device manager or bios ?
Hay, Just Got X3 Yesterday, Still working out the bugs in my Primary system...before I install it, The Post title Cakewalk X3 Quote of a feature being Implimented now.... subjective to setup and conditions here = redundant?.
Do most people using Sonar turn off their Nic internet chipsets or cards for performance and stability with higher ended firewire audio devices and recording regimes? Or is it just me that has to?
And I now ask...is it better to turn off the mobo nic and eithernet controller (recommended by Allen and Heath) in Bios, or through the control panel in Win 7 64.?
Cause I feel , letting it be installed in OS with driver, and then turning it off/disabling it in device manager, may cause some form of detection blip or paging or seek time and or other actions...and as the driver may be loaded but disabled, may still cause Problems????
But when turned off in Bios it is not shown in device manager, and no driver is loaded or need be paged.
Being installed and in the win 7 device manager would make things easier for me to turn on and off internet....anyone have input on my fear to do/use the device manager ?..or is disabling in bios Best?
As I said, I am still working out bugs in the system...So,.. something is not right as it is.
Just want to know...
Regards!
