X3 upgrade question

I've been considering the upgrade from X2 to X3. The system requirements look the same. I have an older machine - Intel Core 2 Quad 2.39 Ghz, 8mb RAM, Win7 64 bit - will X3 bog down my machine more than X2 (which runs fine)?

Nope. My computer is about the same, 6 years old, 2.5 hz duo core, 4 Gigs of RAM.
Hard drive speed is more important than the Processor.
The software is not going to kill your computer,,, it's what you start doing in there that can.
