X3e Keystroke bug?

Enabling "Give all keystrokes to plug-in" doesn't work for Melda Production MNotepad VST3 plug-in in Sonar X3e.

Anyone seen this?  I know people have reported inconsistent text entry behavior with other plug-ins in the past.

Steps:
1. Open new project in Sonar X3e Producer
2. Instantiate MNotepad (64-bit, VST3 versionn) plug-in on track 1 (free download on Melda Production website)
3. Click on "Give all keystrokes to plug-in" icon in upper right corner.
4. Click keyboard icon inside the plug-in itself to enable text entry
5. Typing normal Sonar shortcut keys like "V" will result in the video view appearing, but no text is entered.

Pretty sure this is why the plug-in has a giant keypad for data entry. Most of the other plug-ins having problems with the "give all keystrokes" option spawn windows which override the option.

Yeah, I wondered if the child window could be related.  I guess that makes sense.  If that's the case not sure that it would be considered a Sonar bug.
