включаются все нажатые ноты и не выключаются

    Check event view for orphaned sustain pedal events.

    в sоnar x2 все нормально, проблема в sonar x3

    So, same project (identical with no edits), behaves differently between X2 and X3?
    It could still be a "stuck" sustain pedal event, that X3 is respecting, but X2 did not (because of a bug or something).
     
    So, I recommend checking your project.
     
    What happens if you direct the MIDI track to a different VST instrument? Same behavior, or only this specific VSTi?
     
    Can you upgrade the VSTi to the latest version (this may not be possible - It seems YT Majestic seems to have vanished...)

    все остальные инструменты работают нормально и только  majestic глючит
