Seems there's a bit of a hooha in Malawi about a new law:

    I worked with a guy who told me one day that when he really liked someone enough to feel comfortable around them he felt "free" to break wind in their presence...... I said...."Don't feel that free".

    Can you imagine all the finger pointing over that law...... he did it ...no, he did it.... no... it was the dog.

    In that case they'd have to fall back on the ages old method of ascertaining the guilty party:
