You cannot make two consecutive posts in such a short amount of time...

Is the word consecutive unnecessary? Is there a way to make two posts in to short an amount of time that are not consecutive? Where is Steve?

It's no more unnecessary than putting two 'm's in 'amount'.

Someone literally-minded might interpret the rule to mean: if you make a post, then someone immediately replies with another post, then you could immediately make the second post.  They're not consecutive then, are they?!

Not that I'm going to waste any time testing that hypothesis.

You cannot make two consecutive posts in such a short ammount of time...
Is the word consecutive unnecessary?

Since you asked:
Yes; and the word 'such' is also unnecessary.
and one period at the end of the sentence is sufficient.

Of course I can, I'm pretty fast!

Also, for numbers ten and under you should spell it out and use "two" instead of "2."

Well, I just prefer to use proper English.

Better, but I want to post quicker!

Now that's just mean.  Besides, I can always loop to get around your rule!

Funny the time limit for "consecutive" posts don't apply to posting the same post 2x by accident.

Not complaining though since it adds to you PC.
