You know you're getting old (or just plain losing it) when.......
You go to install a piece of software that you've been meaning to do, only to find that you installed & authorized it 2 months ago

craigb Or when you finally get around to installing several software upgrades and find that you accidentally bought the same upgrade twice... OR you buy a software upgrade, then after the purchase has gone thru you go into panic mode because you think you bought the same upgrade you've already got and you send a message to customer service begging for your money back. then you go and find out for certain that you DIDN'T purchase the upgrade twice, so when customer service is nice enough to offer you a refund you have to tell them what a nutjob doofus you are and that you do indeed want to keep said purchase.

Or - and here's another that bit me recently - you download a fantastic free soft synth from Arturia, then delete the email with the registration code so it will only run in Demo mode (Still waiting to hear back from Arturia)

Been there, done that one... It was even more painful after explaining to them all week THEY'D made a huge mistake. Luckily I hadn't got to the hissy fit stage and honour was able to be restored.
