Your Incivility.

My friend Mike Vlaskhis wrote this one. The only thing I did was the main guitar track - Mike did everything else.

A bit of work to do on the mix here Mark, but maybe that's for Mike to do. The guitar, bass & drums are nice and balanced, but they sound very low compared to the lead and backing vocals. The lead vocal in particular is very muffled sounding too, so it's coming across a bit strange.

Sorry for all the crits, loving your guitar work though, excellent stuff.

This is like a Jesse Screed song.  Imitation is flattery, no?  It could use some mixing tweaks like James said.  I think it'd be worth your time.

Thanks for the comments. I don't have the ability to change the mix - Mike did the mix on this one.

Agreed the mix needs some tweaks Mark, instruments sound fine it is the vocal that needs to be opened up.

focusing on the arrangements, the ideas, and the guitars - very solid groove. Guitar work is totally legit.

mix ideas? The cymbals could be a bit less splashy. The drums are in the back of the warehouse but the singer is in your face 2 inches away.

fun times, I wouldn't mind hearing it after the re-do!

    cheers,
    -Tom
