Hey MARK . . . THANK YOU very much for giving this a listen AGAIN. Hey TERRY . . . I THANK YOU for the 5 stars it much appreciated. Hey DANNY . . . I appreciate the kind words and the props. This was one of my first recording. Sometimes I think my older stuff is better sounding. I guess cause you don't over think when you first start you just get it done. Once again I THANK YOU gents for the ears! Kev

drumstixkev Hey DANNY . . . I appreciate the kind words and the props. This was one of my first recording. Sometimes I think my older stuff is better sounding. I guess cause you don't over think when you first start you just get it done. No problem Kev. Hahaha....this was one of your first recordings? Man...I actually found one of mine the other day done on a Fostex 4 track cassette recorder. Bad is an understatement. LOL! Of course back then, we didn't have the capabilities like we do today and you had to pretty much record, use mics and do your best to capture the best sound you could...but man, doing things the old fashioned way...I didn't record anything I was proud of until my second year of doing this stuff. LOL! I so don't miss that...record 4 tracks...bounce down to cassette, bring the 2-track cassette back onto two tracks...record two more tracks....by the time you got all your instruments done, you did so much bouncing you lost all your quality. LOL!!!! You know it's funny you mention the "over-think" stuff. This is so true. I've been in situations where I've just sort of recorded stuff for the sake of recording it and not paying much attention to detail. I go back to that same project and really work hard on it only to find out my original draft sounded better at the end. It's kind of demoralizing to be honest....but sometimes it pays to set it, forget it and let the music do the talking. :) -Danny
