Z3TA+2 not in my account

Title says it all.
 
Trying to install it on my laptop but there's no mention of Z2TA+2 in "Other Products"
 
This was purchased 3 years ago and is running fine on my other 2 systems

CbB, Platinum, 64 bit throughout

    Some products did not make the data migration from the old store. Sometimes it was the result of different email addresses used for purchases. In my case, I only used one email address for all Cakewalk purchases and still experienced migration failures. Since you have some product in your account I suspect Cakewalk support is going to have to add z3ta+2 back to your product list.

    I had a similar problem when trying to download Platinum.
     
    Like you, I've only ever had one email address sine I've been dealing with cakewalk, but some producsts just do not get picked up.

    Is it possible you got z3ta+2 on discs, like with a boxed X1 Production Suite ?

    Z3TA+2 was a paid upgrade which was, to my knowledge, download only.

    Z3TA+2 was a paid upgrade which was, to my knowledge, download only.



    I got in on disk as part of X1 Production Suite which was X1 Producer Expanded + z3ta+2 
    + PC4K S-Type expander/gate.
     
    However, I just noticed that I was mistaken about my account.  I do indeed have X1 Production Suite showing and if I open the download link for that, everything is listed as separate downloads including z3ta+2.

    Having the same problem with the Rapture MiniMoog expansion pack, the Proteus 2000 pack and the Virtuoso 2000 pack. Product support emailed with links to download these but my concern is that other expansion packs now show serial numbers where they weren't before. If these will be required for future releases, it could mean a real issue for me.

    My Zeta+2 is MIA as well. Maybe it's because it's a cross platform product? I've not reported it because it seems like more  people are affected and I expect some improvements in CCC will sort it. IF not then I guess it's something that the bakers will have to sort.

    This is not a C3 issue, legacy products are not supported in C3 yet. This is a problem with the product missing from the user account other products list. I double checked and z3ta+2 (which I purchased as part of the X1 Production Suite bundle download) is listed as a separate line item in my other products list. Cannot say the same about X2 Content Club downloads though.

    The Concrete Limiter is also missing from My Account

    Just had a reply informing me that NINE products that were previously missing from my account have now been restored.
