Z3TA 2.2.2 problem

Maybe user error .....

I insert an instance of Z3ta 2 (latest version) pluggin into a project and the Now Time figures start blinking.

I delete Z3ta 2 from the project and the blinking stops. (Could be a new or recent project, no difference).

At first i thought video driver or mouse problem, but no, it only happens when i insert Z3ta 2.2.2. No,problem with the first incarnation of Z3ta or any other soft synth.

Has anyone else experienced this ? Is there a magical cure ? It happens sporadically in the stand alone version of the pluggin, but makes the synth almost unusable.
