Z3TA in Vista?

Can Z3Ta run in a Vista OS? I looked at the system requirements, and it said no. "Windows 98SE, ME 2000, XP, Windows 7".

And a cakewalk employee said it si 32-bit I believe. Someone on this site told me in a post that Z3TA is 64-bit. Does anyone know? This is not mentioned in the system requirements, but I can see Dim Pro and Rapture do say something about 32-bit and 64-bit........

Thank you.

Laptop specs: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+ 2Ghz, 3Gb RAM, Vista Home Premium 64-bit Service Pack 2, ATI 3100. 3eSATA to work off of, a bunch of external drives.

Z3TA works find on Vista 32 bit here.  I still haven't made the jump to 64.  Why fix it if it ain't broken?  But next year I'll probably upgrade the computer, but you probably don't want to wait that long for the 64 thousand bit answer.

    Thank you for the replys.

It's in another post I have. If you want a link I can.

Maybe soemone read it fast or thought I asked " Will Z3Ta work in 64-bit"..

No biggie. Unless it happens constantly, I am not going to really care. It could be me. More important to double check, learn more, learn about Sonar and virtual instruments, and make music, etc.

With Z3TA in a 64-bit environment: 1. Do you need this bit-bridging software? 2. Or will Sonar automatically play the synths and programs that come with it?

With question 2.: What happens if I buy another virtual instrument, plug-in, etc. Or upgrade Rapture LE for instance? Do I need this bitbridging?

You'll need bitbridging for 32 bit native plug-ins to run in a 64bit environment

So even though Z3Ta is included with Sonar, I would have to get bitbridging if I install the 64-bit version? But obviously not witht he 32-bit install.

    Thanks.
