Z3ta +2 Cubase no sound issues?

Firstly i am sorry if this has been covered a million times but i have just installed this synth on my computer and i cant get cubase to play the sound using midi. If i press the keys the synth will play but it wont if i let cubase try to play it (if that makes sense?) Also it does not seem to be syncd to the Daw bpm.. I am new to Z3TA but i have used VST synths for jut over a year and half now and i cant seem to figure out the problem.
 
Cubase 7.5 X64
Massive - Working fine
All other plugins are fine.
 
Quick update it works in midi edit mode but wont play the sounds when i press play in the daw :/
