Z3ta+ 2 -- How long for a serial number?

I bought Z3ta+ 2. I was expecting the serial number with in 45 minuits of purchase, but four hours later its still not there (but I do see my orders, its' on my product list and I have downloaded the file. I have emails customer services but I have a couple of questions for those who have bought it previously.
 
1) How long did it take to get the serial number (should I be alarmed?)
2) is the email notification in addition, or do you have to keep logging on to your account to see if its there?
