Z3ta+ 2 Polybius soundpack not showing up.

Where do I go to download the Polybius expansion for Z3ta+2?  I'm not finding it under my registered products on the Cakewalk site.  I've seen several places that say it's available for free, and I saw that it's available for Steam customers, but I just can't find the link.

    From the Cakewalk blog:

How to Download Polybius: If you already purchased Z3TA+ 2, you can download the free Polybius Sound Pack from your My Account page on the Cakewalk Store.  If you have not yet created an account, you will need to use the same email address as your Z3TA+ 2 registration. Then proceed to the My Account section and under “My Registered Products” you will see the Free Polybius Expansion Pack for Z3TA+ 2.

If you buy Z3TA+ 2 through the Cakewalk Store then the free Polybius Sound Pack will be included with your Z3TA+ 2 download.

If you purchase Z3TA+ 2 on Steam the Polybius Sound Pack is Free DLC.

It's not listed with the rest of my purchases, and it's not on the Z3ta+2 page either.

I have multiple Z3TA+2 listing in my account. The "Polybius Expansion Pack for Z3TA 2" is on the ZETA+2  version 2.1 download page (the version I actually purchased). It is not listed on the Z3TA+2.2 page (the most recent upgrade). If it is not in your account, support will have to add it.

I only have an option for Z3ta+ 2.2.  Is there a link someone can provide?  Just throw the files in Dropbox.

And Support still hasn't answered my question about the Rapture Pro problem.  I'm not holding out any hope that they'll get motivated for this.

It is not a matter of motivation but it is you choice on how to view the issue. Missing products are handled directly with Cakewalk.

If I thought Support would be able to quickly resolve the issue I'd have contacted them first.  Perhaps you could explain why they seem to be MIA.  There are numerous threads around these forums of people complaining about not receiving any response from them at all, and I've been waiting for over a week for an answer on the other issue.  A reasonable person might conclude that something is wrong at this point.  Perhaps it's due to incompetence or laziness, perhaps not, but I'm not seeing any evidence which leads me to be hopeful.

...from a month ago.  Seems like we're still in the "hurry up and wait" phase.
