Z3ta+ 2 passes validation, but wont open

Z3ta+ 2 passes validation, but wont open

I keep getting an error message when trying to launch Logic X, saying I am using incompatible audio units. When I go to the AU manager I get this result when scanning:

AudioUnit Name: Z3TA+ 2
Component Version: 2.1.1 (0x20101)
Component's Bundle Version: 2.1.1

validation result: couldn't be opened
 
My specs:
 
Mac Pro 5,1
Processor  2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
Memory  12 GB 1066 MHz DDR3 ECC
Software  OS X 10.8.4, Logic Pro X 10.0.3
 
Help please
 
* I also tried launching it in Maschine 64 bit (standalone). I'm getting no audio and Maschine Crashes when I try to open the Z3ta+ 2 edit window.
 
*Also tried deleting files and re-installing multiple times, with no luck

    No replies to this yet?  I can't be the only one having this issue!
     
    I've emailed support multiple times without reply. Please help!

    Most of us don't have macs.  You should keep trying support.  If you are in the US calling is a good method.

    That is unusual, while I have never been on hold longer than a couple of minutes, the phone is always auto-answered with the call put in the support queue.

    Finally got them on the phone today, but even their support tech was stumped.

    I'm hoping to upgrade Logic 9 to X shortly - I'll let you know how it goes w/ Zeta.
