Z3ta 2.1 Too Low

Hello All!  Does anyone has a clue as to why the new Z3ta 2.1 will NOT play as loud as my other vsti.  The volume is turned all the way up on Z3 and mid to all the way down on the other VSIs Cakwalk Instruments.  I can barely hear the Z3.

The volume for Z3TA+ 2.1 is comparable to the other vsti's I own. Have you tried the Standalone version to see if the volume is low there as well?

Thanks the problem was on the test box.  However, it seems to work well on my actual production box.  Is there a manual or video on how to use it?  Thanks again!
