Thanks Fog. I've been thinking of getting Zebra and Alchemy.......and this will help with the decision making.

I just recently discovered Zebra. Love it. It's very easy to get great sounds quickly and the manual is done well. I also have Alchemy but I find Zebra easier to use, though you can't go wrong with either one.

Computer Music Magazine has a free version of Zebra on their cover disk whcih I have and LOVE...I have a bunch of presets for it as well......I have been thinking about Zebra 2 for a while now....was looking at it all day yesterday and I think instead of getting NI Machine I think Zebra will be the next purchase......I'm thinking that I will be leaving NI alone for a while now...

anyway.....Urs has his own little scetion of a forum on KVR and he seems just more intrested in his products than these bigger companies......

but Zebra is really a very good synth......

Zebra comes up for sale every so often on KVR for those interested, as does Alchemy (and soundbanks) for quite a reduction in price.

I've been interested in those 2 as well......(not sure, but I think Alchemy becomes NFR (not for resale) when you purchase it from a private party.....still, the price is very good there).
