Zendesk.com?????(solved)

I've recently reported a fault to both the Native Instruments and cakewalk/Sonar help desks
 
Just noticed that both support groups had the email suffix zendesk.com
what's going on??
Is there a generic help desk ford certain products
 
 
 
 
 
sorry if I'm late to the party on this one, and it's already been discussed
But it is interesting       ------     Coincidence???

    Obviously just a platform that many businesses use
