Zeta+2 Vst3 Crash OSX

Hi,
 
When i Drag and Drop the VST3 Plugin from zeta+2 to my Daw (Studio One V2), it crash to the Desktop.
 

 
i do 3 times a reinstall, repair my owner rights, but nothing works.
 
 
how can i fix this pls

    Does the stand alone version work?  Then I would check w/ Studio One forums.
     
    If you can't get it fixed there, write tech support at Cakewalk.  And be sure to include all your specs - computer wise.

    Where can i find the Standalone Version on iMac and Yosemite?
     
    Its not a problem with Studio One, the AU also don't work in Logic or Bitwig.
     
    How can i fix this, clean install.
     
    And i write a report to cakewalk since 1 week, but no answer till today.
