I was a member of the original mp3.com and I don't think there's been a place for artists that covered all the bases like they did. Personally the kind of site that's out there today with huge amounts of songs and little interaction seems lacking to me. Wanted to mention this site not as well known as the others where they work pretty hard to try new things and such, it's called indiemusicpeople.com. It definitely has the best artist stats out there and it's free with unlimited song uploads. Here's a video of their new "Stat Cave" Is it possible to embed here?
I'd also add that they're the best sounding site as well. Your songs can stream there at 320 kbps.
They also take no commission for song sales.
Anyway somebody suggested we try to get the word out so I'm doing that now.
