accidently (or unintentionally) locking screensets

I've just recently had a case where a screenset became locked and caused me to think my softsynth wasn't working properly.

Could this have come from installing quickfix 255? (it happened right after installing it) Or is there a hotkey to lock the current screenset - that I might have hit? Or does it just mysteriously happen? (not impossible with X1).

Does anyone have any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else?

I don't think there is a default hotkey as I set one up because I couldn't find one.

The only way to do it without using a hotkey AFAIK is to select it from the screenset menu, hardly something you'd do accidentally. I can't say I've noticed mine changing unintentionally.

More evidence for some sort of lock status indicator that I keep banging on about. Cakewalk?

Thanks for the sanity check FBB. So, the only thing that I can think of is
    - it happened when I applied quickfix 255
    - or it "just happened" like when the snap value used to (or maybe still does) change.
