I read somewhere they are actually referred to as the Maya, not the Mayans.

Now Jan's joke is even better.

I had one of them aquarians once.

Tropical fish can be so relaxing to watch.

Lost the lot to a combination of parasitic Dactylogyrus worm infestation and an outbreak of agressive fin rot.

....that wasn't particularly relaxing to watch though.

    I think I have that.

Is there a cure or am I destined to a life of endlessly floating around on my side with sporadic bouts of uncontrolled flipping?

You have to disguise your ailment JB.

It's all survival of the fattest Hakuna matata circle of life and all that taters.

Nature will (naturally) weed out them thar pisceans in the aquarius of life that are endlessly floating around on their side with sporadic bouts of uncontrolled flipping.

The modus operandum should always be: Look healthy - stay alive (or LHSA FOR SHORT).

But always keep one eye looking over your fishy shoulder in case the aquarian's top predator tries to sneak up on you.

His intelligence puts him right at the top of this microcosm's foodchain.

He's pretty easy to spot though. The white beard and all that "hello children smell my fishy fingers" is a dead giveaway.

Even the Mayan's didn't see it all. None of us do. Movement alters everthing. Things and consequences change. + or - 18 years until the cycle is completed. Face it, we don't know where we are or where we're at in the universal cycle or the Mayan cycle. Live here, live now, promote life, have some hot green chile. You can't do anything about things too big to handle.
